Pinnacle Report for Wellesley, MA Real Estate — 10/06-10/13/2008
Since October 6th, 4 properties were introduced to the Wellesley market and only 2 sold. As of October 13th, there are a total of 131 single family properties remaining on the market. While buyers for high end (over $3M) properties are quiet in both Wellesley and Weston, the buyers for properties priced below $2M remain active. Realtors report many showings for the lower range inventory. Usually in Fall markets, buyers wait until they’re sure that nothing more is coming on the market before they buy. This usually occurs late October. We’ll have to wait and see!
