Since February 9th seven single family houses were introduced to the market while three sold (one was from the new inventory). We did have a sale of a property listed for over $2.5M this week as did Weston. Right now, there are many people looking at houses, but buyers are very circumspect when it comes to making the purchasing decision. As of February 9th, there are 117 houses on the market compared to 98 this time last year.
