Since May 18th, twelve single family properties were introduced and seven sold. As of May 25th, there are 199 houses for sale (compared to 115 this time last year). The largest housing selection is that between $1M and $1.5M. The over $3M inventory has reduced – due to both price reductions and some absorption.
