Last week, thirteen single family properties were listed and ten sold. As of June 1st, there are 200 houses for sale compared to 121 this time last year. Most years, Memorial Day signals the end of the Spring Market. Not so this year, however, as activity has actually increased over the past coupl.e of weeks.
