Pinnacle Report for Wellesley, MA Real Estate 6/01/2009 – 6/08/2009
Last week, eleven single family properties were listed and only 3 sold. As of June 8th, there are 205 houses for sale compared to 128 this time last year. I am pleased to see the reduction in the high end inventory. As you can see, the largest remaining inventory concentration is in the $1M to $1.5M range.
