Pinnacle Report for Wellesley, MA Real Estate 6/15/2009 – 6/22/2009
Since June 15th, seven single family properties were listed and twelve sold. We’re happy to report that inventory has shrunk and as of June 22nd, there are 197 houses for sale compared to 116 this time last year. Realtors reported that Sunday open houses were very well attended at properties priced in the under $1M price ranges.
