Pinnacle Report for Wellesley, MA Real Estate 6/22/2009 – 6/29/2009
Last week thirteen single family properties were listed and ten sold. As of June 29th, there are 194 houses for sale compared to 110 this time last year. This is really much more activity than typically occurs at this time of year. As you can see, the high end inventory is down and the greatest concentration of competitive properties continues to be those priced between $1M and $1.5M.
