According to an article in September 27th’s Boston Globe, Massachusetts is slated to rebound faster than other areas of the Country - great news for Wellesley, Weston, Needham and Dover residents, as well as all residents of the Commonwealth.  The criteria that is setting MA ahead of other areas include its diminishing employment losses, the addition of jobs and a recovering real estate market.   In fact, the state has seen a bigger surge in home sales since January than the national average (47.2% in MA versus 16.7% nationally).  This is good news indeed.
