The ground was brokenthis week for the construction of a new high school in Wellesley MA. The construction has been a long time coming and the school is expected to be finished by December 2012, with a move-in date of January 2013. The planning for the Wellesley school has been a long road, the main pitfall being how to incorporate the old building into the new for historic reasons. The current Wellesley High School building was built in 1938. The new high school will be technologically advanced and have all of the bells and whistles needed to offer a first rate education.
