Since October 5th, nine single family houses came on the market and eleven sold. As of October 12th, there are 181 houses remaining for sale (versus 131 last year at this time). Our high-end appears to be alive and well, afterall. Five houses priced well over $3M ( 3 were over $4M) have gone under agreement or sold within the past month.
