Since October 12th, ten single family houses were introduced and six sold. As of October 19th, there are 183 houses remaining for sale (123 last year at this time). You may be surprised to learn that there were houses that actually received multiple offers over the past couple of weeks. Price was the key. If the market perception was that a property was well-priced, buyers acted decisively and paid the price.
