Don't miss the home tour in Dover MA this Sunday, November 8

The Annual Holiday House Tour in Dover MA allows participants to gain a glimpse of the town’s heritage and absorb its New England charm.  The home tour will feature four properties in Dover MA.  Three of the properties are historic farmhouses dating back as far as 1735 and 1795, and the third 1810.  The fourth property, from a more modern era, is a Georgian Colonial.  The tour offers participants a glance of the interiors of these wonderful properties. Each tour ends with light samples served at the residence by a local vendor. The samples will be supplied by the Dover Market, Dessert Works, the Sherborn Inn and Chiara of Westwood.  This is a great opportunity to see Dover from the inside out and experience both its past and present beauty.

The tour takes place this Sunday, November 8th, from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  Sponsored by the Friends of the Dover Library, all proceeds will go to benefit the library’s numerous programs.  Tickets are $35 in advance and $40 the day of.  It is recommended to purchase tickets in advance as it may be sold out come the day of the event.  For more information call the Dover Library, (508) 785-8113, or visit their website, www.dovertownlibrary.org.
