As to be expected given the time of year, the market activity has slowed significantly in this two week period. From November 16 – November 30, 2009, we’ve only had two new listings, one sold* property, and two price reductions. Our inventory continues to decrease – again which is typical for this time of the year. There are currently 88 active listings, a 12% drop from two weeks ago. We are still higher than the inventory of November 30, 2008, however, when there were 74 active single-family homes on the market.
