Since January 4th, five single family houses were introduced and four sold. As of January 11th, there are 99 single family properties remaining for sale. The high concentration of inventory in the $1M to $2M ranges ( over 90) that we had for much of 2009 is down to just 35 remaining houses. Many buyers are waiting to see what fresh inventory is coming on this Spring.
