Pinnacle Report for Wellesley, MA Real Estate 01/18/2010 – 01/25/2010
Since January 18th, nine single family houses came on the market and eight sold. Four of the sales were from the new inventory. Despite the news that was just reported on a ‘national’ December housing sales decline, Wellesley’s market is very active. For Pinnacle, sales this past December were our strongest ever. As of January 25th, there are 108 single family properties remaining for sale.
