Since January 25th, seven single family houses were introduced in Wellesley and four sold. As of February 1st, there are 117 single family properties remaining for sale. Right now, the biggest demand is in the $800-$1M range and this inventory is sparse. This has been one of the busiest January real estate months I can recall.
