Pinnacle Report for Weston, MA Real Estate 7/11/2010 – 7/25/2010
In the last two weeks in Weston, nine single family homes came on the market and four sold. Most of the sold activity continues to take place below $1.5 million. As noted in the last two reports, the inventory (103) has decreased, which we expect during the summer months. And we are still seeing a large percentage of high-end inventory – almost 25% of the listings are priced above $2.5 million.
