Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital - Needham, offering course this fall to help control eating and establish healthy eating habits
Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Needham, MA is offering a course this fall to help participants take control of their eating habits. “Healthy Eating Every Day” will teach participants skills that foster realistic and lasting behavior change. The class will be taught be a trained professional and will meet weekly at the hospital from September to December. “This program is the opposite of a fad diet. Our interactive sessions show participants how to make gradual changes that last,” says Mari Ryan, course instructor.
A free information session about the class will be held on Wednesday September 5, from 7-8pm in Conference Room A at BID – Needham, 148 Chestnut Street. The course will start on Monday, September 10 and continue Mondays from 7-8pm through December 10. The cost for the course is $275 for 14 sessions.
