This past week, 7 single family properties were listed and 15 sold*. Families have been carefully price comparison shopping however, buyers have acted quickly and decisively on properties they perceived as well-priced, particularly in the $500,00 – $700,000 price range. The largest concentration of inventory appears both below $600K and in the $1M-$1.5M ranges, where some very desirable properties remain. As of June 24, there are 124 houses for sale in Needham, MA. If you’re thinking about selling, your property should be put on the market immediately.
