Not enough places to store all the clutter in your Metrowest home? Closets are another area that are not always organized as well as they could be. Closet organizers can be simple and purchased at stores like Home Depot and Target or can be custom built by a builder.

A larger home does not necessarilty mean more storage so whether you have a small home or a large one make the most of what you have and get creative to maximize your storage and minimize your clutter.

A lot of Massachusetts real estate is going under contract the first day on the market

According to a recent article in the Boston Globe real estate inventory is down in Massachusetts and properties $600,000 or less in value are getting swooped up the first day on the market.  In Wellesley, Needham and Weston, properties are selling fast up to $1million! Buyers are finding that often Massachusetts real estate has sold the first day on the market and for above asking price.  The low interest rates and tax incentives have the Spring buying season in full swing, yet without a lot available for buyers.
