Recent Real Estate Activity in two of Weston MA's popular neighborhoods
For a town that appears bucolic and whose residents historically choose to maintain its rural character, Weston, MA does have several neighborhoods that offer the lifestyle enjoyed in towns where property size is substantialy less.
One such neighborhood includes Radcliffe Road, Beaver Road, Sylvan Lane and Walnut Road all of which lead to Winter Street. In the last six months two properties on Radcliffe have sold, one on Winter Street has gone under agreement (UAG), one on Beaver Road, and one on Sylvan have sold. Radcliffe and Beaver have been the scene of several large newly constructed homes, transforming the area to quite the prestigeous address. Currently, there are four properties listed in the neighborhood. The price range is from $1,179,000 to $4,250,000 and the locations include two on Beaver and two on Winter.
Another neighborhood which is considered to be very desirable includes Deer Path Lane, Black Oak Road, Country Drive, Lawrence Road, Surry Lane, Nobscot Road, Middle Way, Pine and Westerly Road. Most of the real estate sales there have been focused on Country Drive, where five properties have sold and one has gone UAG in the last six months. Two proerties sold on Deer Path, one on Black Oak and one on Nobscot. Currently, there are four properties listed in the neighborhood. The price range is from $1,690,000 to $4,595,000 and the locations include two on Westerly, one on Audubon and one on Deer Path.
